I’m not sure how I feel about the new Bill Lee movie

As I stumbled my way through the internet at 6am, because why not, I found that there is a movie being made about the one and only Bill Spaceman Lee.

Why?

Seriously, why? If you’re going to make a movie about baseball, why Lee? We’ve seen some sh*tty movies, and some great movies (such as 42), why not put Holywood’s take on baseball on the right track with another movie about an all time great (like Ted Williams or Joe Dimaggio?).

Instead we get this:

It looks funny-ish, I probably won’t see it unless it’s on Netflix and I had a bit too much to drink and need something to fall asleep to, or it’s the dead of winter and I’m desperate for something to scratch my baseball itch. Either way it’s an interesting looking movie, which is about the highest compliment I can give it.

From looking at Josh Duhamel’s film history the movie may tank though, they guy’s been in one dumpster fire after another.
